第五十九条 违反本法第十九条至第三十三条规定，扰乱网络秩序的，由公安机关、网信部门、电信主管部门、金融、市场监管、文化和旅游等主管部门，依据职责责令暂停相关业务、停业整顿、关闭网站或者应用程序、吊销业务许可或者营业执照，并处违法所得一倍以上十倍以下罚款；没有违法所得或者违法所得不足五万元的，处五十万元以下罚款；情节严重的，由公安机关并处十五日以下拘留。
